Ok, so my job involves shift work and every two weeks I switch from days to nights and then back again. As I'm typing this I probably look all bleary eyed and tired (I haven't bothered looking in the mirror) and it's the middle of the afternoon. Anyway I took the fact that i can sleep at night for granted and I am really starting to appreciate a good nights sleep. I'll end with a quote from that one song
